Chris Pirillo streams live feed over UStream.TV while earthquake hits Mexico... First to report!

Chris Pirillo of Tech TV and Call for Help fame, was streaming his live video feed on UStream.TV when all of a sudden, a 6.0 earthquake hits Acapulco, Mexico. Through the use of as many as five different Internet technologies, Chris was able to send out a request for callers to join his conference call through the use of Twitter. Within minutes, calls and chat sessions started rolling in from Mexico. Live and to the minute status reports about the earthquake started rolling in. At one point, while on a video chat via Skype with a caller from Mexico, a powerful after shock hit. Chris was the first to report what was going on. CNN didn't even pick up any feeds until an hour later. Some of the technologies used were:

1. UStream.TV
2. freeconferencing.liveoffice.com
3. Skype
4. Twitter
5. IRC (Internet Relay Chat)
